Job Description
Senior Game Artist designing iLottery concepts, vector assets, and animations for Avenga’s digital lottery games. Collaborating with Game Studio teams across the full game design lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Design innovative and engaging iLottery concepts aligned with core design principles
- Design and illustrate high-quality game assets, converting them into clean vector art
- Animate game elements while following core animation principles and established animation flows
- Design and deliver games from concept through support with limited supervision
- Meet deadlines and exceed expectations
- Collaborate with stakeholders and other members of the Game Studio, including 2D Artists and Spine Animators
- Mentor other team members and share knowledge
- Provide and receive feedback clearly and in an organized manner
- Promote reusability and improve efficiency across the design and development process
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in iLottery game design
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience with Spine animation software, Adobe Creative Suite, and digital drawing pipelines
- Proven experience working with 2D mobile and/or web games
- 5+ years of experience with design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Animate
- Strong portfolio showcasing game design and animation skills
- Good understanding of core design and animation principles
- Ability to generate concepts, themes, and innovative user interfaces and experiences
- Passion for iGaming and creating engaging user experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback positively and professionally
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a highly skilled team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects
- Ability to manage workload effectively and prioritize tasks independently
- English — Upper-Intermediate level or higher
- Nice-to-have: Proven experience working with 3D mobile and/or web games
