Job Description

Senior Workday Analyst providing functional support for all Workday modules in a global cybersecurity company. Collaborating on automation and system design to enhance organizational processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Propose, develop, test, implement, and evaluate modifications and/or additions to business processes within Workday.
  • Oversee functional testing for HR system fixes, upgrades, patches, and other maintenance.
  • Ensure data integrity through process improvement, audits, uploads, maintenance and documentation.
  • Work with functional users to provide technical support, research, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
  • Act as a strategic thought partner to the People, TA, IT, Payroll teams, and others by identifying opportunities to scale through automation and smart system design.
  • Document key processes and configuration for reference and to ensure consistency.
  • Creates user guides/QRGs, system workflow, standard operating procedures, and creates/delivers end-user training.
  • Proactively identify and initiate improvement opportunities around system, process, data, and user experience, and recommend options.
  • Perform other necessary duties and responsibilities.
  • Partner with HR leadership and L&D manager to provide relevant content and training opportunities into client groups
  • Effectively partner and collaborate with internal HR teams to create efficiencies, automate, and builds scalable best in class HR solutions for the business.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in HRIS/People Technology systems, most recently with Workday.
  • Three or more (3+) years of experience in Workday Recruiting, HCM, Advanced Compensation and/or Security preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience developing or implementing technology related process improvements and initiatives.
  • Experience implementing HRIS and talent management products is a plus.
  • Project Management with a consulting mind-set highly desired.
  • Ability to prioritize work under time constraints in order meet project deadlines.
  • Ability to engage with a variety of business leaders and interpret their business needs into solid business/technology requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills at various levels within the organization (management and individual contributor).
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment, learn quickly and solve problems.
  • Solid applied knowledge of HRIS methodologies.
  • Strong drive to understand and improve end users' technology experience.
  • Strong desire to maximize user adoption, apply the highest data accuracy standards, and develop configuration to streamline business processes.
