Job Description

SEO & GEO Analyst in a digital marketing agency focused on financial services. Drive organic performance improvements and lead GEO implementation efforts across client websites.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive organic performance improvements across client websites through technical SEO, on-page optimization, and structured content strategy
  • Build and maintain accurate tracking infrastructure using GA4 and GTM, ensuring data integrity across client accounts
  • Lead GEO implementation efforts, improving client visibility across AI-powered search experiences and answer engines
  • Audit and support Consent Management Platform setups so tracking remains reliable as privacy regulations evolve
  • Develop repeatable processes and documentation that allow the team to scale SEO execution without losing quality
  • Identify and prioritize ranking, traffic, and conversion opportunities across the client portfolio

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in an SEO role at a digital marketing agency (agency experience is required)
  • Hands-on proficiency with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4
  • Solid technical SEO foundation: crawl analysis, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, schema
  • Familiarity with Consent Management Platforms and how consent settings affect data collection
  • Systems thinker: you look for ways to turn one-off tasks into repeatable, scalable workflows
  • Nice to Have:
  • Google Data Studio / Looker Studio reporting experience
  • Experience with AI tools like Claude in day-to-day work (Claude Cowork a plus)
  • Working knowledge of GEO and how AI search differs from traditional SERP optimization
