Job Description
SEO Specialist improving SEO programs for healthcare SaaS clinics while leading escalations and developing team skills.
Responsibilities:
- Own complex client escalations
- Identify patterns and opportunities across a clinic portfolio
- Improve systems and workflows for the SEO team
- Develop and upskill the SEO Representative team through coaching
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience
- Strong command of website architecture and on-page fundamentals
- Knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, and Google Business Profile
- Leadership or training capacity experience
- Experience managing a multi-site SEO environment
- Clear communicator with healthcare experience preferred
