Job Description
Service Cloud & Experience Cloud Consultant implementing Salesforce solutions for enterprise clients. Leading projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams for successful client outcomes in Greece and remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Service Cloud and Experience Cloud implementations for enterprise clients
- Serve as the functional lead in client workshops and discussions
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Advise clients on best practices, solution design, and roadmap planning
- Provide hands-on configuration, customization, and deployment support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions
- Independently lead client engagements and propose innovative digital transformation ideas
Requirements:
- 4+ years of hands-on Service Cloud implementation experience
- Minimum 1 year of Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) implementation experience
- 2+ years serving as a functional lead in client discussions with enterprise customers
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and integration patterns
- Proven track record of delivering successful Salesforce projects in a consulting environment
- German language skills are mandatory
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English
- Advantage: Experience with Marketing Cloud or Sales Cloud
