Job Description
Remote Service Engineer on technical support team for Philips MRI equipment. Responding to inquiries and resolving issues while documenting findings and collaborating with teams.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and delivering advanced remote technical support
- Leveraging specialized troubleshooting expertise and clear communication
- Resolving customer service events using Philips diagnostic tools
- Documenting findings, actions, and case updates thoroughly
- Escalating complex or high-risk product issues promptly
- Utilizing remote support tools to reduce unnecessary field dispatch
- Applying best practices while diagnosing and implementing solutions
- Strengthening team productivity through shared insights
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a diagnostic imaging service environment
- Philips MRI experience and training required
- Ability to understand and apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory
- PC competency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Associate degree in electronics or equivalent combination of education and experience
