Job Description

Remote Service Engineer on technical support team for Philips MRI equipment. Responding to inquiries and resolving issues while documenting findings and collaborating with teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and delivering advanced remote technical support
  • Leveraging specialized troubleshooting expertise and clear communication
  • Resolving customer service events using Philips diagnostic tools
  • Documenting findings, actions, and case updates thoroughly
  • Escalating complex or high-risk product issues promptly
  • Utilizing remote support tools to reduce unnecessary field dispatch
  • Applying best practices while diagnosing and implementing solutions
  • Strengthening team productivity through shared insights

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a diagnostic imaging service environment
  • Philips MRI experience and training required
  • Ability to understand and apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory
  • PC competency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Associate degree in electronics or equivalent combination of education and experience
