Job Description
Service Support Specialist managing customer inquiries and insurance policy servicing for COVU's clients. Ensuring satisfaction through efficient case management in a remote role based in Peru.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and assist with policy servicing
- Manage and update customer policy information
- Handle account management and billing inquiries
- Ensure accurate documentation in CRM/AMS platforms
- Handle 40-60 customer calls daily
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
- Ensure a CSAT return rate of 90%
Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish (Required)
- Advanced or native-level fluency in English highly preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to handle high call volumes
- Proficient in industry-standard CRM/AMS platforms
- Self-motivated with a sense of urgency
- Experience in call center or customer service center preferred
- Proven experience working within the US Personal and/or Commercial Lines Insurance market
- Familiarity with US real estate/mortgage processes
- Experience in using multiple Agency Management Systems (AMS)
- Experience utilizing modern Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
- Familiarity with billing, account management, and insurance policy servicing is a plus
- Reliable High-Speed Internet connection
