Job Description
SME Consultant providing expertise in Data Center operations and training. Collaborating with a supportive team to create industry-leading training content.
Responsibilities:
- Advise internal teams on industry dynamics and best practices
- Support content development for VR simulations and eLearning videos
- Advise on malfunctions for simulations
- Develop and assist in the creation of procedure guides
- Write and record voiceover scripts and screencasts for videos
- Generate valid and reliable test questions/knowledge checks
- Develop fault scenarios
- Review courses for accuracy
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of Data Center Infrastructure
- Extensive knowledge of Data Center Safety and Operations
- Extensive knowledge of Data Center Maintenance
- Operation, Maintenance, Troubleshooting of CRAC Units
- Teaching or training experience is preferred
- Organized and communicative with the team
- Availability during business hours to attend scheduled Zoom meetings
