Job Description

Social Graphic Designer creating high-impact marketing visuals for doola, simplifying business formation. Bridging the gap between brand aesthetics and marketing effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Create "scroll-stopping" visual assets designed to drive engagement, increase Click-Through Rates (CTR), and scale our growth across YouTube, Paid Social, and organic channels.
  • Design high-volume, high-conversion visual assets for paid and organic social channels.
  • Produce compelling, A/B test-ready thumbnails that maximize CTR and video performance.
  • Adapt core brand guidelines into "aggressive" marketing styles without losing the company’s visual identity.
  • Rapidly pivot and update creative based on real-time performance data and testing results.
  • Act as the primary bridge to ensure Marketing’s velocity needs are met within the Design team’s framework.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in Digital Graphic Design for a high-growth D2C or B2B SaaS marketing team with a proven portfolio of high-performing ad creative.
  • Experienced with creating “Scroll Stopping” thumbnails that increase video impression click-through rates.
  • Must be a consumer of social media and in tune with current trends and style and understand what grabs attention in a viewer’s feed.
  • Ability to prioritize "the hook" and marketing performance over abstract art, using high-contrast typography and strategic visual hierarchy.
  • Willingness to pivot designs based on performance metrics and a proactive interest in campaign CTR results.
  • Disciplined in maintaining a clean, accessible library of marketing templates and raw assets.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
