Job Description

Social Media & Content Manager leading Grifin's social media presence. Focused on engaging content creation and community management for investment platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day management of Grifin’s social media pages, including viral video content production, follower growth, community engagement and management, content roadmapping, and reporting on post/page analytics.
  • Spearhead the ideation, scripting, and recording/creation of video content that’s fun and fresh.
  • Show meaningful growth in your content's views / reach and follower growth across multiple platforms.
  • Monitor & respond to community comments and DMs to build loyalty and trust.
  • Define KPIs and track organic performance across all channels to optimize content.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience managing, growing, and creating content for company-specific social media pages on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Bonus if one (or more) of the companies you worked for is in the consumer technology mobile app space.
  • Proven track record of crafting dozens of pieces of viral content.
  • High energy, super-motivated, and love learning about what our customers love!
  • Ability to track performance and run tests quickly.
  • Understanding of storytelling and tonality in video content.
