Job Description
Software Quality Analyst responsible for delivering quality Web APIs at Sensedia. Engaging in automated and functional tests to support digital transformation projects.
Responsibilities:
- We have a major challenge to digitally enable one of our clients by developing a modern architecture and building Web APIs on our platform
- Ensure the quality of all our deliveries through load, functional and automated testing of software that can be used in a continuous integration pipeline
- Understand the requirements of requests, execute tests to ensure they are met and automate test flows
Requirements:
- Design and execute test scenarios based on requirements analysis and business rules
- Support the creation of test scenarios in BDD, describing flows, acceptance criteria and expected results
- Perform manual and automated tests, recording evidence and results
- Assist in the maintenance and execution of automated tests, primarily for APIs
- Identify, log and track defects, describing steps to reproduce and impact
- Assist in performing regression and acceptance testing
- Monitor the execution of automated tests in CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with the development team and other QAs, sharing learnings and best practices
- Support the creation and maintenance of test documentation
- Knowledge of BDD (Behavior Driven Development) and writing scenarios in Gherkin
- Previous experience with API testing
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Sonar or Quality Gates
- Familiarity with Sensedia products or API Management
