Job Description
Clinical Education Analyst supporting clinical education initiatives aligned with Dentsply Sirona's business strategy. Collaborating with sales and marketing for education programs and customer journey engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Execute clinical education programs aligned with strategic priorities and commercial goals.
- Organize and deliver trainings, courses and educational events.
- Support the connection of initiatives to the customer journey (conversion, retention and market development).
- Serve as clinical-technical support.
- Train the sales force and channels (dealers).
- Collaborate with marketing to review and adapt clinical content.
- Support the management and engagement with KOLs, ensuring alignment and compliance.
- Carry out educational initiatives with KOLs.
- Support product launches.
- Monitor and report performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assist with budget control and prioritization of initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to compliance policies.
- Record activities in corporate systems.
- Participate in scientific and educational events.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Clinical Education, preferably in the dental industry or healthcare sector.
- Degree in Dentistry.
- Postgraduate education will be considered a plus.
- Experience or knowledge in clinical education, training, or professional development in healthcare.
- Microsoft Office (advanced level).
- English (intermediate) – required.
- Spanish (intermediate) – required.
