Job Description
Estagiário de suporte aos softwares de vendas da ION Sistemas, especialista em soluções para atacadistas e distribuidores. Atendimento inicial, triagem de chamados e apoio na resolução de problemas.
Responsibilities:
- Provide initial customer support by receiving and logging support requests
- Assist in identifying and analyzing software-related questions and issues
- Consult the knowledge base to find guidance and solutions for support tickets
- Classify and route tickets to the appropriate teams when necessary
- Monitor ticket progress and keep records up to date
- Maintain clear and courteous communication with customers, sharing updates on the progress of their requests
- Support the team in resolving issues and answering questions about the system
- Participate in identifying improvements to support processes and solution documentation
- Continuously learn and develop knowledge of the product, tools, and team processes
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a higher education degree in Information Technology, such as Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, or a related field
- Interest in technology, software, and customer support
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organization and attention to detail
- Proactive, curious, and eager-to-learn mindset
- Ability to analyze problems and seek solutions
- Ability to work effectively in a team and handle different demands
- Preferred: Basic knowledge of customer support or ticket management tools
- Preferred: Familiarity with software systems or SaaS products
- Preferred: Basic knowledge of programming logic or databases
- Preferred: Academic or professional experience in customer support
- Preferred: Familiarity with Agile methodologies
