Job Description
Solution Architect delivering PIAM security solutions for RightCrowd, a physical identity and access management company. Leading enterprise integrations, customer relationships, and technical deployments across complex infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Lead technical delivery of PIAM solutions for enterprise customers
- Own the technical relationship with customers from initial requirements through successful deployment
- Gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure successful customer outcomes
- Troubleshoot complex integrations involving SQL Server, Active Directory, web services, and access control platforms
- Manage technical scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Mentor junior team members
- Configure and deploy solutions integrating with existing enterprise infrastructure
- Collaborate directly with enterprise client project teams and global teams
Requirements:
- 10+ years of professional experience
- Strong SQL skills
- Comfort with Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Active Directory, and IIS
- Customer-facing enterprise experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to IT teams and business stakeholders
- Experience integrating applications, databases, and enterprise systems
- Willingness to work US hours and collaborate with global teams
