Job Description
Senior architect building secure AI-enabled communications systems for a technology company. Launching a monitored pilot, enforcing human approvals, and maintaining the platform ongoing.
Responsibilities:
- Understand the problem deeply before starting to build
- Design the full system, including verification, protection, connection, and tracking of people and data
- Build approval checkpoints so sensitive information is not sent without human sign-off
- Launch a working pilot with monitoring, backup plans, and evidence that it works
- Review team work and stop or redirect anything unsafe or incomplete
- Document decisions, risks, and recommended next steps
- Complete an intense, full-time first-month build, then maintain and grow the system in an ongoing role of about 8 hours per week
Requirements:
- Senior-level experience in solution, enterprise, integration, platform, or security architecture
- A track record building AI-enabled workflows, case/work-management systems, or automated systems with audit trails
- Solid knowledge of identity/access management, data protection, and least-privilege design
- Experience building secure systems for multiple clients or organizations without mixing their data
- Comfortable using AI tools to help with analysis and design — but you check the work yourself
- Strong communicator who can explain technical decisions clearly to non-technical executives
