Job Description
Sourcer focused on building supply chain talent for Anduril Industries, a defense technology company. Engaging top-tier talent and building candidate pipelines.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, market research, and industry networks
- Initiate and develop meaningful relationships with prospective supply chain talent
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for a diverse range of supply chain roles
- Partner effectively with recruiters
- Analyze sourcing metrics and candidate data
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4+ years in sourcing or recruiting
- Understanding of end-to-end supply chain principles and processes
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using data-driven approaches
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills
