Job Description
Sourcing Specialist building candidate pipelines and optimizing recruitment channels for Jacent, North America’s leading impulse merchandising company. Tracking sourcing metrics and agency performance.
Responsibilities:
- Source prospective candidates using ATS, job boards, and community-based organizations
- Build applicant sources through community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites
- Attract applicants through job advertisements, recruiters, newsgroups, and job sites
- Build talent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles
- Review resumes and qualify candidates based on appropriate skill sets
- Evaluate candidates against job requirements and present qualified candidates to Staffing Specialists or TA Managers
- Track, analyze, and report sourcing partner performance metrics
- Hold sourcing partners and recruitment marketing agency accountable to performance expectations
- Analyze campaign and channel data and recommend reallocating spend
- Test and evaluate new sourcing channels and strategies
- Follow safe work practices and company policies
- Complete special projects and other assigned duties
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Previous experience using ATS systems or other recruitment software
- Experience tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics or vendor/partner performance
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Good knowledge of HR procedures and best practices
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to research new and trending industry practices
- Ability to meet deadlines and targets
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
