Job Description
Spanish bilingual customer service specialist supporting HSN customers through inbound calls. Resolving inquiries, processing orders and payments, and promoting QVC Group products remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer calls for HSN
- Assist Spanish- and English-speaking customers
- Problem-solve and de-escalate unique customer situations
- Promote products and improve sales while maintaining a high-paced call volume
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries
- Offer additional products during each customer interaction
- Answer customer questions and personalize the experience for each caller
- Confirm refunds, take payments, place orders, and analyze account data
- Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor
- Work a set full-time schedule, including weekends
Requirements:
- Spanish and English bilingual ability
- 12 months or more of customer service experience
- Ability to learn and work in a virtual environment
- Ability to communicate with a variety of styles
- Ability to navigate multiple systems and screens
- Provide own Microsoft 11 computer and additional required equipment following HSN computer system requirements
- Ability to troubleshoot own technical problems and partner with IT when needed
- Available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours
- Work schedule includes weekends and is not Monday–Friday
- Must reside in Georgia or an approved state
- Provide a distraction-free work-from-home environment
