Job Description
Spanish-bilingual Medical Virtual Assistant maintaining accurate patient records and documentation. Supporting physicians remotely with medical data entry and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and organize medical records for physicians
- Update patient history and health information
- Perform accurate medical data entry and documentation
- Review basic lab results and screening procedures
- Follow HIPAA, Joint Commission, and facility policies
- Support physicians with administrative and clerical tasks
Requirements:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Experience in healthcare, hospitals, medical translation, or medical documentation
- Strong English and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- Available Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM CST
- Laptop/Desktop with i5+ processor
- At least 8GB RAM
- Internet speed of at least 35 Mbps
- Noise-canceling headset
- Webcam
- Dedicated workspace
