Job Description

Specialty Products Technician processing abuse, sanctions, credential, and social media screenings for Validity Screening Solutions. Reviewing documentation and supporting compliant client outcomes remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and review state abuse and neglect registry searches
  • Process and review healthcare sanctions searches and complete monthly monitoring
  • Complete credential verifications and document findings accurately
  • Process social media screening requests and review results
  • Review, organize, upload, and maintain required documentation
  • Ensure screening results and supporting documentation meet federal, state, regulatory, and client-specific requirements
  • Monitor assigned tasks and follow up on outstanding information
  • Identify discrepancies, missing information, or potential issues and escalate them
  • Maintain accurate notes, documentation, and status updates
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries about specialty screening services
  • Communicate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues
  • Support the Client Experience team with client questions and service concerns
  • Document client interactions in the CRM
  • Review ready-to-review tasks in the Document Management System
  • Verify submitted documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
  • Maintain records and complete tasks within established timelines
  • Follow specialty screening procedures and requirements
  • Participate in quality improvement efforts and communicate recurring issues to leadership
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Client Experience, and other internal teams
  • Maintain knowledge through company and industry-specific training
  • Develop proficiency across assigned Specialty Products and serve as a resource for routine questions
  • Complete administrative duties including data entry, basic reporting, answering phones, and filing
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a high school diploma
  • Two years of relevant experience in a client/customer service role
  • Exemplary customer service skills with internal team members, clients, and vendors
  • Concise and effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Software savvy and technically adaptable
  • Comfort with repetitive tasks and attention to detail in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to absorb procedures quickly
  • Utmost level of professionalism
  • Keen eye for innovation and efficiency
