Job Description

Staff Product Designer leading analytics UX for Weave’s all-in-one healthcare practice communication platform. Designing scalable dashboards, reporting workflows, and data-driven experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end design for Weave’s Analytics product across dashboards, reports, and core product surfaces
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to define problems, uncover opportunities, and translate customer and business needs into experiences
  • Influence Analytics product vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Establish scalable interaction models and patterns across Analytics workflows
  • Create a cohesive Analytics ecosystem with consistent mental models across dashboards, filters, reports, visualizations, and comparison workflows
  • Leverage and extend Weave’s Design System
  • Conduct and synthesize research with healthcare practice owners, office managers, and front-office staff
  • Use product analytics, customer feedback, Pendo, and Sigma to evaluate effectiveness and improve the experience
  • Champion design quality through critiques, design strategy, knowledge sharing, and mentorship
  • Partner with Engineering during implementation to maintain design intent, interaction quality, accessibility, and system cohesion
  • Simplify workflows, establish reusable patterns, and build a scalable Analytics foundation

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of product or UX design experience
  • Proven track record of shipping data-intensive products across analytics, BI, SaaS, financial, healthcare, or similar domains
  • Experience across problem discovery, strategy, execution, launch, and iteration
  • Strong UX and visual design fundamentals
  • Experience designing data-dense interfaces, including dashboards, reporting, data visualization, filtering, segmentation, drill-downs, comparisons, and advanced analytical workflows
  • Strong product design thinking and ability to identify problems, frame opportunities, influence product strategy, and make design decisions
  • Hands-on expertise with Figma, user research and testing methods, and product analytics tools such as Pendo, Sigma, Maze, or similar platforms
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to balance customer needs, business goals, technical constraints, and scalability
  • Attention to detail and strong craft, accessibility, usability, consistency, and quality focus
  • Successful completion of a background check
