Job Description

Join Dotmatics as a Statistical Support Specialist providing analysis support on GraphPad Prism software. Engage with customers to ensure a high-quality user experience through analysis and bug reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer emails and support requests related to data analysis and interpretation of research data
  • Provide clear, accurate guidance on statistical methods and best practices for data analysis
  • Assist users with questions related to software usage, workflows, and results interpretation
  • Investigate reported software issues, reproduce bugs, and document findings
  • Collaborate with product development to report bugs and track resolutions
  • Create or update internal documentation and customer-facing support materials as needed
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and timely communication

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a closely related field
  • Familiarity with GraphPad Prism
  • Knowledge of one or more common statistical software or programming tools (e.g., R, SAS, SPSS, JMP, Minitab, Origin, SigmaPlot)
  • Ability to manage multiple support requests and prioritize effectively
  • Strong background in analyzing medical, clinical, or biological research data
  • Previous experience providing technical or customer support
