Job Description
Join Dotmatics as a Statistical Support Specialist providing analysis support on GraphPad Prism software. Engage with customers to ensure a high-quality user experience through analysis and bug reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer emails and support requests related to data analysis and interpretation of research data
- Provide clear, accurate guidance on statistical methods and best practices for data analysis
- Assist users with questions related to software usage, workflows, and results interpretation
- Investigate reported software issues, reproduce bugs, and document findings
- Collaborate with product development to report bugs and track resolutions
- Create or update internal documentation and customer-facing support materials as needed
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and timely communication
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a closely related field
- Familiarity with GraphPad Prism
- Knowledge of one or more common statistical software or programming tools (e.g., R, SAS, SPSS, JMP, Minitab, Origin, SigmaPlot)
- Ability to manage multiple support requests and prioritize effectively
- Strong background in analyzing medical, clinical, or biological research data
- Previous experience providing technical or customer support
