Job Description
Lead the architecture and implementation of IBM Sterling OMS solutions for retail at Arting Digital. Requires 15+ years IT experience and strong OMS domain knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise OMS solutions using IBM Sterling OMS
- Define and own IBM Sterling OMS (v10.0) solution architecture
- Lead design, customization, development, and deployment
- Drive OMS integrations (WMS, ERP, Commerce, TMS, Inventory)
- Ensure performance, scalability, security, and best practices
- Provide technical governance, estimates, and Agile delivery support
Requirements:
- 15+ years IT experience with strong IBM Sterling OMS architecture
- Retail & OMS domain experience – Mandatory
- Expertise in Sterling OMS v10.0 (configs, workflows, SDF, APIs, DB extensions)
- Strong Java background
- DB2 & Oracle (performance tuning, complex queries)
- REST, MQ, Web Services, XML, JSON
- Cloud exposure: GCP (GKE, Compute Engine) or AWS/Azure
- Git, CI/CD, DevOps practices
