Job Description
Store Leader leading team at Dyson's Demo Zone in Chadstone Shopping Centre. Building and managing a team to ensure outstanding owner experiences and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, inspire and challenge a team to deliver an optimal owner experience
- Lead by example and support your team to deliver an environment that heroes our machines
- Deliver a sustainable retail platform that exceeds customer expectations
- Taking personal responsibility for achieving individual and store-based KPIs
- Launch new products and services
- Continuously build product knowledge and support the store team
Requirements:
- Proven experience of leading, motivating and developing a team in a premium retail environment
- Proven experience of store leadership
- Proven experience in running the day-to-day operations of a store
- Proven ability communicating with, challenging and influencing senior stakeholders
- Advanced MS Office Suite
