Job Description
Store Supervisor supporting Skechers’ remote retail operations, customer experience, and team performance. Driving sales, motivating staff, and representing the global comfort technology brand.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise store operations
- Contribute to an exceptional customer experience throughout the store
- Support daily operations
- Motivate the team to achieve its goals
- Drive sales and help exceed targets
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Skechers
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire others
- Proven track record of driving sales and exceeding targets
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
