Job Description
Claims Supervisor overseeing commercial auto liability adjusters for Cottingham & Butler Claims Services. Managing compliance, investigations, liability determinations, subrogation, and litigation.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of Auto/Liability Adjusters
- Coordinate team training and development
- Ensure adjusters develop to their fullest capabilities and provide a high level of service
- Ensure claims handling complies with applicable statutes, regulations, legal requirements, company procedures, and policies
- Investigate claims
- Take statements
- Estimate damages
- Determine liability
- Deny claims
- Handle subrogation
- Handle litigation
Requirements:
- 3+ years of commercial auto liability adjusting experience
- 1-5 years of management experience
