Job Description

Strategy Consultant at Kardex Group shaping strategic direction and implementing initiatives for global operations. Collaborating with executives and business units to ensure strategic alignment while working remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Shape the strategic direction of the Kardex Group, working closely with the executive management and the business units, reporting to the Senior Director Corporate Strategy
  • Support and monitor progress as well as challenge the strategic direction of core strategic programs as enablers for the long-term development of a more resilient, innovative, digital and scalable organization
  • Develop, lead and / or implement strategic projects with the responsible executives and their teams
  • Track progress using key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare regular updates and reports for leadership, and ensure the sustainable implementation of project results
  • Act as a central point of contact between business units, functions, and leadership to ensure alignment and a shared understanding of project objectives
  • Facilitate change management processes and proactively identify and address potential risks to ensure the smooth execution of projects
  • Work in a complex environment across different business units, country organizations and business supporting functions
  • Develop executive presentations and decision papers and have an impact in the strategic development of Kardex' long-term strategic development

Requirements:

  • University degree in engineering or business administration, or equivalent qualifications
  • Sound professional experience in strategy consulting or project-based work, experience in large transformation programs (digital, processes, data) is a plus
  • Experience in setting strategic directions for long-term initiatives and steering initiatives
  • Outstanding analytical competence, strategic thinking and implementation skills
  • Strong skills in PowerPoint, Excel and Office 365
  • Excellent communication skills on all hierarchy levels and stakeholder expectation management, while being fluent in English.
