Job Description
Remote LCSW-S/LPC-S supervising associate therapists for Impireum Psychiatric Group. Ensuring documentation quality, compliance, clinical development, and audit readiness without direct patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide required individual and/or group clinical supervision
- Review and approve treatment plans and clinical documentation
- Guide clinical decision-making and case formulation
- Ensure compliance with state licensing boards and payer requirements, including UHC/Optum supervisory billing standards
- Maintain audit-ready supervision documentation
- Enforce adherence to Impireum SOPs
- Review notes for medical necessity, accuracy, and alignment with treatment plans
- Provide structured, actionable feedback and improve consistency across clinicians
- Collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer, clinical leadership, and operations and billing teams
- Support onboarding and training of associate clinicians
Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted LCSW-S or LPC-S license
- Eligible to supervise per state requirements
- Licensed in one or more of TX, FL, MD, DE, PA, GA, or LA
- 3–5+ years of post-licensure experience
- Prior supervision experience preferred
