Job Description

Supply chain sustainability leader advancing ESG, human rights due diligence, and supplier diversity at Trane Technologies. Driving responsible sourcing programs for climate solutions businesses.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of supply chain sustainability programs aligned with corporate ESG goals and external frameworks
  • Manage small and diverse supplier identification and onboarding, performance tracking, and internal/external reporting
  • Implement human rights due diligence processes across the supply chain
  • Focus on conflict minerals compliance and forced labor risk mitigation
  • Conduct supply chain sustainability maturity assessments and supplier segmentation
  • Integrate ESG risks and opportunities into sourcing and procurement strategies
  • Partner with Procurement, Legal, Compliance, and Sustainability teams to align policies, procedures, and supplier expectations
  • Enhance data collection, automation, and reporting capabilities across ESG metrics, supplier disclosures, and traceability systems
  • Drive supplier engagement and capability building through training, communications, and performance improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to resilience planning, responsible sourcing innovation, and cross-functional transformation projects
  • Lead and support broad Supply Chain Strategic programs that advance enterprise priorities, strengthen cross-functional alignment, and enable scalable supply chain capabilities
  • Report to the Supplier Diversity and Sustainability Leader

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Sustainability, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain, sustainability/ESG, procurement, or compliance roles
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain human rights due diligence
  • Knowledge of conflict minerals regulations, including Dodd-Frank Section 1502
  • Knowledge of global responsible sourcing standards
  • Experience with supplier diversity programs
  • Familiarity with ESG reporting standards and regulatory landscapes, including CSRD, GRI, SASB, and TCFD
  • Ability to manage complex datasets and support supply chain digitization initiatives
  • Experience with supplier platforms, dashboards, and traceability tools
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong project management and business acumen
  • 3+ years working cross-functionally and with suppliers
  • Preferred: 2+ years working within Sustainability & Diversity
  • Effective collaboration with diverse teams
  • Project coordination, resource management, and strategic planning skills
  • Proficiency in process adherence and continuous improvement
  • Ability to communicate complex data clearly and impactfully
