Job Description
Supply Chain Transformation Manager shaping Kevin’s Natural Foods refrigerated and frozen supply chain networks. Delivering logistics optimization, strategic partnerships, and transformation programs for scalable growth.
Responsibilities:
- Define and deliver the strategic value creation roadmap across Kevin’s Natural Foods Supply Chain
- Lead the development and optimization of refrigerated distribution and fulfillment, frozen 3PL, and logistics networks
- Lead design, deployment, and optimization of national chilled and frozen network strategies, including 3PL, warehousing, transportation, and value-added logistics
- Identify, evaluate, and implement strategic value creation opportunities across chilled and frozen networks
- Partner with the Global VCLT to shape long-term supply chain strategy and translate concepts into roadmaps, business cases, programs, and projects
- Lead strategic integration activities across Kevin’s and Mars cross-segment workstreams
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align growth strategy, customer requirements, operational objectives, and Mars priorities
- Build business cases and secure support for network investments, value creation initiatives, and transformation programs
- Lead selected strategic programs and oversee major initiatives through cross-functional teams, external partners, logistics providers, and co-manufacturing networks
- Drive capability building and knowledge transfer
- Establish governance, performance management, and continuous improvement frameworks
- Establish a scalable national chilled co-pack network
- Optimize and expand the frozen logistics and 3PL network
- Deliver quantified value creation through network design, logistics optimization, and strategic partnerships
- Enable customer-specific requirements closer to market
- Integrate Kevin’s network strategy with Mars cross-segment initiatives
- Build a scalable, resilient, future-fit supply chain network supporting profitable growth
- Perform other duties as assigned or necessary
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations or related discipline
- 5+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience in FMCG or food processing industry, or 5+ years of industry consulting experience with a strong emphasis in project and change management
- Experience influencing people and driving adoption of significant recommendations involving business process changes and/or new system applications
- Experience with change management or transformational process and organizational behavior changes
- Experience solving complex problems using new perspectives and existing solutions
- Strong end-to-end supply chain orchestration capability with strategic and operational depth
- Strong analytical capability with expertise in data-driven decision-making and scenario planning
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills across commercial, manufacturing, and finance functions
- Ability to manage complexity in dynamic, multi-channel environments
- Strong financial acumen with focus on working capital and cost optimization
