Job Description

Support Analyst responsible for first-level contact and problem resolution for clients. Working in a modern and dynamic environment with Synvia's mission to improve lives.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues;
  • Guide customers through the troubleshooting and resolution process;
  • Track, route, and reroute issues to the appropriate resolution resources;
  • Forward unresolved inquiries to the next level of support;
  • Follow up with customers, provide feedback, and see issues through to resolution;
  • Update customer records and produce activity reports;
  • Ensure proper logging, documentation, and ticket closure.

Requirements:

  • Experience in support roles.
  • Experience in software development is a plus.
