Job Description
Support Analyst responsible for first-level contact and problem resolution for clients. Working in a modern and dynamic environment with Synvia's mission to improve lives.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues;
- Guide customers through the troubleshooting and resolution process;
- Track, route, and reroute issues to the appropriate resolution resources;
- Forward unresolved inquiries to the next level of support;
- Follow up with customers, provide feedback, and see issues through to resolution;
- Update customer records and produce activity reports;
- Ensure proper logging, documentation, and ticket closure.
Requirements:
- Experience in support roles.
- Experience in software development is a plus.
