Job Description
Analista de Sistemas construindo e integrando soluções ServiceNow. Afya, ecossistema brasileiro de educação e tecnologia para a prática médica, transformando processos de saúde.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business-area processes and translate them into requirements, system rules, and technical specifications
- Build and customize workflows, automations, and solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Develop and monitor integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using SOAP and REST technologies
- Model data, entities, and relationships based on business workflows
- Identify automation and integration opportunities and propose creative solutions
- Work on initiatives involving portals, mobile applications, chatbots, and other related technologies
- Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and suppliers, maintaining clear communication and high-quality technical documentation
- Continuously acquire new knowledge and contribute proactively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
Requirements:
- Experience analyzing, specifying, and customizing business workflows
- Knowledge of development on low-code platforms and programming logic
- Knowledge of JavaScript
- Familiarity with integrations using SOAP and REST
- Ability to model data based on business processes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially for technical documentation
- Proactivity, curiosity, self-directed learning, and creativity in problem-solving
