Job Description
Talent Acquisition Specialist at Acclaro managing global recruiting processes for diverse roles. Collaborating with hiring managers to attract and hire exceptional talent across various functions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for specialized roles across multiple functions
- Partner with hiring managers to define needs and craft effective hiring strategies
- Source top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and assessment platforms
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate skills and cultural fit
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for future hiring needs
- Collaborate across time zones to ensure smooth, timely hiring processes
- Represent Acclaro’s brand and values in every candidate interaction
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally with specialized searches
- Hold a bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent professional or military experience
- Are fully proficient in English and comfortable working in a global, remote environment
- Bring strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Are tech-savvy and adept at using recruiting tools and platforms
- Thrive in fast-paced settings and manage multiple priorities effectively
