Job Description
Workday Talent & Learning consultant leading AMS configuration and support for Kainos’s global clients. Advising customers, managing complex initiatives, and mentoring consultants.
Responsibilities:
- Lead ongoing support, configuration, and enhancement of Workday HCM solutions for global clients
- Deliver expert configuration and support in Workday Talent & Learning
- Serve as the primary client contact, build relationships, provide strategic advice, and ensure high-quality creative solutions
- Advise proactively on dependencies, cross-stream implications, and maintenance concerns
- Own configuration of complex initiatives and guide clients through appropriate testing
- Mentor junior consultants and promote team capability development
- Manage competing priorities across multiple clients and communicate completion dates and blockers
- Suggest improvements to Workday configuration and user experience
Requirements:
- Workday certification and/or significant hands-on experience configuring Talent and Learning, or related experience in another system such as SuccessFactors or similar
- Solid understanding of related Workday functional areas beyond the core specialty
- Proven success in a client-facing consulting role or client-side HRIS team
- Strong customer engagement and communication skills, including experience presenting to senior stakeholders
- Commercial awareness and understanding of consulting project dynamics
- Ability to manage service delivery risk and lead cross-functional workshops and strategic discussions
- Enthusiasm to learn about upcoming changes related to Sana for Learning
