Job Description

Talent Sourcer sourcing candidates for international recruitment agency. Entry point into recruitment career with mentorship and exposure to diverse industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates for active client roles using LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, job boards, talent communities, and creative research methods that go beyond basic keyword searches
  • Add candidates to Recruiter Lite projects and execute high-volume outreach daily
  • Qualify responding candidates before handoff by confirming availability, interest, and alignment with core role requirements
  • Build and maintain organized talent pipelines in BambooHR, ensuring candidate profiles are complete and up to date
  • Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach and maintain a network for future searches, not just active ones
  • Track sourcing activity and results in ClickUp, including outreach volume, response rates, and conversion to qualified candidates
  • Collaborate daily with the Recruitment Associate and Lead Recruiter on search priorities, candidate feedback, and pipeline gaps
  • Research and recommend new sourcing tools, platforms, and channels to improve reach and candidate quality

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, sales, marketing, or a research-heavy role
  • Candidates with more than 2 years of experience will not be considered for this position
  • Candidates from sales or marketing backgrounds are encouraged to apply
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter Lite or similar sourcing tools is a strong plus
  • Strong research instincts. You know how to find people, whether that's through Boolean searches, niche communities, or creative digging
  • Clear, professional written communication. Your outreach messages should feel human, not templated
  • Organized and detail-oriented. You can manage multiple searches at once without losing track of candidates or conversations
  • Self-starter mentality. You take ownership of your pipeline and don't wait to be told what to do next
  • Familiarity with Slack, Google Workspace, and any ATS (preferably BambooHR) is a plus
  • Genuine interest in building a career in recruitment, not just filling a part-time role
