Job Description
Talent Sourcer for AI & Data talent platform supporting global recruitment efforts. Sourcing candidates and communicating with them while maintaining documentation in a CRM system.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing candidates using various channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, Behance, job portals, etc.)
- Communicating with candidates, screening relevant CVs
- Maintaining documentation and working with a CRM system
Requirements:
- Strong communication and networking skills (experience in roles with a high level of communication is a plus)
- Proactivity and results-oriented mindset
- English proficiency above Upper-Intermediate level
- Understanding of how to work with hiring resources and familiarity with key candidate sourcing tools
- 1 year of experience in a similar role (experience closing both tech and non-tech positions will be a plus)
