Job Description
(Team Lead/Senior) CRM Consultant at MAI Marketing Automation Intelligence, leading projects in marketing automation and optimizing customer journeys. Join a dynamic agency focusing on digital transformation.
Responsibilities:
- Design, management and implementation of marketing automation measures in HubSpot and other tools.
- Responsibility for building, developing and optimizing complex customer journeys and campaign structures.
- Planning and leading marketing automation projects – from concept to execution.
- Leading and growing a small team.
- Structuring, prioritizing and coordinating tasks and requirements across multiple projects.
- Developing and implementing segmentation strategies and data-driven automation logic.
- Ensuring high quality standards through testing, monitoring and continuous optimization.
- Managing and further developing CRM data structures and ensuring clean data processes.
- Close collaboration with cross-functional teams and advising internal and external stakeholders.
- Documenting, standardizing and improving processes and best practices.
- Analyzing campaign performance and deriving concrete optimization measures.
Requirements:
- Several years of hands-on experience in CRM, marketing automation or email marketing.
- Strong experience with HubSpot; other platforms such as Salesforce, Braze or Brevo are a plus.
- Solid understanding of data-driven marketing, CRM structures and complex process logic.
- Strong organizational skills and experience in project management.
- High quality standards and a very careful, structured way of working.
- Proactive, self-directed work style with the drive to advance topics and find solutions.
- Quick grasp and ability to efficiently familiarize yourself with new topics and tools.
- Comfortable handling complex requirements and multiple concurrent projects.
- Basic technical understanding (e.g., APIs, system integrations) is an advantage.
- Team player with strong communication skills and a confident presence when dealing with stakeholders.
- Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken (C2 level); good English is a plus.
