Job Description

Technical Implementation Specialist managing operational tools and integrations for DoorDash's corporate clients. Collaborating across Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless onboarding and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and troubleshoot operational tools and integrations incl. SSO, SFTP, SCIM workflows
  • Support implementation and onboarding of new customer integrations
  • Diagnose technical issues related to system access, user authentication, data flow
  • Work closely with Engineering to escalate and resolve technical bugs
  • Build and maintain SOPs, documentation, internal playbooks
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation
  • Monitor operational metrics, analyze trends in operational requests

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of implementation or customer-facing project management
  • Ability to translate technical terminology and requirements into simple, actionable to-do’s
  • Customer-obsessed with a track record of uncovering the customer’s “why”
  • Accountability for project success and customer outcomes
  • Operate with detail for thorough and actionable project plans
  • Aim to achieve continuous improvement
