Job Description
Technical Product Owner driving the cloud and platform roadmap across teams at Granicus, ensuring execution aligns with best practices and strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the cloud and platform roadmap across 1+ teams
- Partner with platform, security, and application teams
- Translate strategy into epics and stories
- Manage cross-team dependencies
- Collect key performance indicators of global agile teams
- Present these to senior leadership and team members
- Act as a servant leader and champion of agile best practices
- Lead products and projects from discovery through release
- Secure stakeholder buy-in on major decisions
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience leading platform or cloud engineers and delivering products in an Agile environment
- Experience working with global engineering teams
- Proven skills in measuring software engineering key performance indicators
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- High personal initiative, integrity, and leadership
- Ability to lead and collaborate with distributed Cloud Operations and platform engineers
- Experience training engineers on SDLC practices (a strong plus)
- Reliability & Observability: Experience in observability (metrics, logs, traces, SLIs/SLOs)
