Job Description
Supplier Manager responsible for sourcing strategy execution and supplier management in Pharma. Leading cross-functional teams to enhance product supply and cost efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the implementation and execution of the sourcing strategy for assigned commodities
- Ensure ongoing cross-functional coordination and deliver annual improvements in total cost
- Support the development and implementation of business systems for supplier partnerships
- Establish strong working relationships with other functions to support strategic sourcing perspective
- Track and manage core supply chain performance metrics
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of sourcing or operations experience in Pharma or Medical Device industry
- B.S. or B.A. degree in scientific, technical, or business discipline
- Knowledge of quality systems and cGMPs
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to travel, up to 50%
