Job Description
Technical Program Manager on Cybersecurity Project Management team at Starbucks. Leading complex technical initiatives that strengthen security posture and protect partners, customers, and brand.
Responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale, highly complex cybersecurity initiatives
- Translate complex technical and security compliance challenges into actionable project plans
- Drive execution with rigor and attention to detail
- Communicate with executive presence
- Develop and execute organizational change management plans
Requirements:
- 10+ years of program management experience
- 3+ years leading governance, risk and compliance programs
- Proven success managing large, cross-functional programs
- Familiarity with GRC processes and frameworks (e.g., PCI DSS, SWIFT, SOC 2, ISO 27001/27002, NIST CSF)
- Experience managing deployment and integration of technical or security solutions
- Hands-on experience supporting compliance initiatives
- Strong organizational skills and proactive mindset
- Ability to anticipate compliance risks
- Experience applying organizational change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci)
