Job Description
Operations Manager ensuring operational excellence across the full PDE SDLC for Pantheon. Collaborating with leadership and driving tool integration, workflow automation, and data governance.
Responsibilities:
- Own operational excellence and governance across the full PDE SDLC
- Drive tool strategy and integration decisions across core toolset
- Lead adoption of new processes and engage with PDE leadership
- Resolve systemic data issues and automate workflows
- Produce clear, data-informed operational reporting for technical and non-technical audiences
Requirements:
- 5–7 years in product operations or program management in a SaaS environment
- Deep hands-on experience with a SDLC tools include Jira and ProductBoard
- Experience owning or improving end-to-end SDLC processes including artifact standards, stage gate compliance, and cross-tool data integrity
- Proven ability to design and scale operational frameworks — not just follow them
- Hands-on experience with scripting or workflow automation. Python or JavaScript a plus
- Comfortable engaging with senior and executive stakeholders
- Operates with high autonomy
