Job Description
Technical Program Manager at Solventum driving end-to-end execution and managing complex programs across global teams. Focusing on healthcare innovations and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Driving end-to-end program execution, managing timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple global teams
- Owning execution rigor, including risk, dependency, and issue management to ensure on-time delivery
- Establishing operating rhythms, including program reviews, status reporting, and leadership updates
- Coordinating cross-functional teams, aligning engineering, product, and business stakeholders to remove blockers and accelerate delivery
- Improving delivery performance, implementing program management best practices, tools, and metrics to increase predictability and throughput
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- 7-10+ years of job related experience
- 8+ years of experience in technical program management, project management, or delivery roles
- Proven track record delivering complex, multi-team programs across distributed teams
- Strong experience with execution management tools (Jira, dashboards, reporting tools)
- Deep understanding of Agile / Scrum practices and software delivery lifecycle
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience driving enterprise-scale programs (cloud migration, AI initiatives, platform transformation)
- Strong experience in RAID management (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies)
- Experience working with global teams
- Experience with writing Product Requirements Document (PRD)
- Data-driven mindset with experience using KPIs / OKRs to drive delivery improvement
- Certifications (PMP, Scrum, SAFe) or equivalent experience
- Experience in healthcare or regulated environments
