Job Description
HR Manager overseeing recruiting and HR strategy for a fast-paced tech company. Leading talent acquisition and workforce management in a cloud hosting environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end technical recruitment (DevOps, engineers, support roles)
- Drive HR strategy, workforce planning, and analytics
- Manage performance, employee relations, and compliance
- Build scalable HR processes for a distributed tech team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of progressive HR experience , including 2 or more years in an HR leadership role.
- At least 2 years of experience in technical recruiting.
- Experience in technology, hosting, cloud, or data center environments is preferred.
- Hands-on experience using HRIS, ATS platforms, and workforce monitoring tools.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor compliance, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Proven ability to lead HR strategy in a fast-paced, scaling organization.
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing global or geographically distributed teams is a plus.
- Must be amenable to working US Central Time Zone hours.
