Job Description

HR Manager overseeing recruiting and HR strategy for a fast-paced tech company. Leading talent acquisition and workforce management in a cloud hosting environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end technical recruitment (DevOps, engineers, support roles)
  • Drive HR strategy, workforce planning, and analytics
  • Manage performance, employee relations, and compliance
  • Build scalable HR processes for a distributed tech team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of progressive HR experience , including 2 or more years in an HR leadership role.
  • At least 2 years of experience in technical recruiting.
  • Experience in technology, hosting, cloud, or data center environments is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience using HRIS, ATS platforms, and workforce monitoring tools.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor compliance, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Proven ability to lead HR strategy in a fast-paced, scaling organization.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing global or geographically distributed teams is a plus.
  • Must be amenable to working US Central Time Zone hours.
