Job Description
Senior Technical Program Manager responsible for complex warehouse management programs at DICK'S Sporting Goods. Leading integration, implementation, and stakeholder engagement for effective logistics operations.
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for a large warehouse management chain program
- Leads multiple warehouse management program planning efforts
- Manages integration, implementation, reporting, and performance of programs
- Defines and builds complex stakeholder communication plans
- Develops and implements stakeholder engagement plans
Requirements:
- Master's Degree or equivalent level preferred
- 8 to 12 years experience
- Over 6 years in planning and managing resources
- Experience of planning and management for Warehouse Management Deployments
- Experience in strategic planning and execution of a multi-year staggered deployment schedule
- Experience in working with multiple stakeholders
