Job Description
Associate Technical Program Manager assisting in project planning, execution, and stakeholder communication. Working remotely for a data & AI consultancy with international clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and closing of projects.
- Support the project team in adhering to project timelines and milestones.
- Help facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint planning) as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to prepare project roadmaps.
- Assist in documenting project requirements, processes, and status reports.
- Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve blockers.
- Work with various teams to ensure accurate information sharing on related projects.
- Maintain project-related information on platforms like Confluence or similar tools.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience serving as a TPM
- Management & Collaboration Skills
- Project coordination
- Problem-solving
- Team collaboration
- Documentation
- Familiarity with Agile (Scrum, Kanban)
- Understanding of the waterfall methodology
- Basic knowledge of SDLC
- Exposure to project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
- Familiarity with visual diagramming tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Excalidraw, Claude, etc.)
- Ability to use AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, Jira’s Rovo, etc.
