Job Description
Technical Program Manager at Workstate guiding cross-functional teams in software project delivery. Ensuring high-quality standards and fostering client relationships in a remote setting.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive successful project delivery
- Promote high-quality standards in the software development life cycle
- Prioritize client relationships and align projects with client goals and expectations
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in program management, specifically in technical environments
- Proven experience in managing software development projects from inception to delivery
- Large program experience involving multiple engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise communication for diverse stakeholder groups
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a strong attention to detail
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and facilitating collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in risk management and conflict resolution
- A background in software development or engineering is preferred
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
