Job Description

Technical Project Manager for DevSavant overseeing product vision and execution strategy in fast-paced environments. Collaborating with engineering teams to maximize product value and delivery excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company vision and strategic objectives.
  • Gather and synthesize requirements from leadership, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Own and manage the product backlog, including writing clear user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and prioritizing initiatives.
  • Translate business needs into actionable technical features and product enhancements.
  • Monitor product adoption, collect feedback, and track success metrics to inform continuous improvement.
  • Ensure product decisions balance user value, technical feasibility, and business impact.
  • Lead day-to-day agile execution, including standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure the backlog remains organized, realistic, and aligned with team capacity.
  • Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and overall project progress.
  • Proactively identify and resolve blockers to maintain delivery momentum.
  • Coordinate across engineering, design, and leadership to ensure alignment and execution clarity.
  • Provide structured updates on timelines, delivery health, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Drive accountability and ensure initiatives are delivered on time and at high quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 5–7+ years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or hybrid product-delivery roles.
  • Strong experience working with technical teams (engineering, architecture, data).
  • Proven experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies and tools such as Jira, Linear, or Notion.
  • Technical fluency, with the ability to understand system architecture, APIs, and technical trade-offs (engineering background not required).
  • Experience working on AI-related projects and utilizing different models in day-to-day operations.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 level or higher).
  • Self-starter with a 'go-getter' mentality — proactively resolves blockers rather than waiting for external direction.
