Job Description
Tile and grout restoration technician cleaning, sealing, and repairing surfaces for Sir Grout, a hard-surface care franchise brand. Providing precise restoration work and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize specialized cleaning equipment and solutions to clean and restore tile and grout surfaces
- Apply color sealing to grout lines
- Conduct minor repairs to cracked or damaged tiles and grout
- Assess the condition of tiled surfaces and provide restoration or maintenance recommendations
- Interact with clients professionally and courteously
- Address client questions or concerns and ensure satisfaction
- Properly maintain and care for cleaning equipment
Requirements:
- Proven experience in tile and grout cleaning, sealing, and repair techniques
- Keen eye for detail and precision
- Customer-centric approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify and address challenges in the restoration process
