Job Description
Test Support Operations Associate running Acuity Insights’ Casper assessment operations for higher education applicants. Preparing test cycles, resolving issues, supporting applicants, and improving operational processes.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare for upcoming Casper tests and check that everything is ready
- Monitor testing activity and respond when issues arise
- Investigate and resolve operational issues within scope, escalating when needed
- Support retakes and other applicant needs around testing
- Take increasing ownership of day-to-day test operations from preparation through post-test follow-up
- Learn and support operational processes for new assessment experiences
- Identify recurring problems, unclear processes, and unnecessary steps
- Keep operational documentation clear, accurate, and useful
- Use AI and other tools thoughtfully to make recurring work faster, clearer, and more consistent
- Collaborate with Operations - Support, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams
- Help ensure Casper tests are completed successfully and provide applicants with a fair, consistent experience
Requirements:
- Professional fluency in English and French
- Canadian residency and valid work authorization
- Ability to stay organized, track details, follow processes, manage competing priorities, and follow through
- Comfortable gathering information, solving problems, and knowing when to seek help or escalate
- Strong attention to detail
- Clear and thoughtful communication skills
- Comfortable using AI tools, or actively building the ability to use them
- Curiosity and willingness to learn
- Good judgment and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Openness to feedback and new ideas
- Interest in improving processes
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively with others
- Previous test or assessment operations experience is not required
Benefits:
- Starting salary range of $60,000–$70,000 CAD
